1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FraudLock (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FraudLock, Inc. ("FraudLock", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Eligibility
FraudLock is a business tool intended for e-commerce merchants and their authorized team members. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and, if you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you must have authority to bind that business. By using FraudLock, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Use the Service to process data you are not legally permitted to process.
- Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own.
5. Description of Services
FraudLock provides fraud detection and order-verification tools for e-commerce merchants, including real-time order scoring, customer verification workflows, and related dashboards, integrations, and APIs. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Refunds are handled under our 30-day refund policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by FraudLock or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FraudLock does not guarantee that the Service will detect or prevent all fraudulent activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FraudLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
